Still here? Then here is the part the other ads leave out. The reason most callers in this country earn small money has nothing to do with talent. Nobody ever trained them. They were handed a list, a headset and a target, and then blamed when the list did not work.

That is not this seat.

What you do

• Cold outreach is the engine. Phone first, with email and LinkedIn behind it. You open conversations with people who have never heard of the business you are calling for.
• Warm inbound sits on top. Enquiries and form fills land during your shift and you dial them inside five minutes. It is part of the desk. It is not the whole desk.
• Qualify before you book. Find the problem behind the answer so the meeting deserves its slot. (Keenan, Gap Selling)
• Book meetings that hold, straight onto the client calendar, confirmed and reconfirmed by you.
• Work a full multi-touch cadence. Nobody gets one attempt and a shrug.
• Log every dial the same day. Honest dispositions, real notes, dated next steps.

What it pays

• A guaranteed base salary, paid every month, whether the month goes your way or not. It is not an advance and it is never clawed back.
• Commission on qualified meetings that hold and on the business that closes behind them. Uncapped.
• R30,000+ a month is what the top of this floor takes home.
• We do not run commission-only seats. Not for a trial, not for a ramp, not ever.

The gap between the base and the top number is performance, and performance here is measured to the call. You will always know which side of it you are on.

The training system

This is the reason to take this seat over one paying a slightly bigger base somewhere else.

• A structured curriculum on our own training platform. Modules, drills, assessments and a manager sign-off at every gate. You do not move up until you can prove it.
• A voice simulator built on the live campaign playbook. You run objection drills against it and get scored on tonality, control and question quality before you go near a real prospect.
• An audition gate. You do not go live on a client campaign because a start date arrived. You go live when you pass.
• Named frameworks, applied on the phone: Blount for prospecting volume and objections, Keenan for discovery, Belfort for tonality and pace.

Coaching, every day

• A call review every day. Your calls, a coach, a scorecard and one specific fix to run tomorrow.
• Daily numbers on a board the whole floor can see. Dials, connects, conversations, meetings held.
• A weekly one to one on the single metric holding your number down.
• Nobody quietly fails here for three months. You will know exactly where you stand by Friday of week one.

What success looks like

• Dial volume held every working day, not in bursts before a review.
• Qualified meetings that hold. A booking that no-shows is not a result.
• Call quality score climbing week over week on recorded-call review.
• A CRM the client can open without you there to explain it.

What we need from you

• Two years or more on the phones with cold calling in it. You have carried a daily number and you can say what it produced.
• Proof you can take coaching without taking it personally. This floor reviews your calls out loud.
• Clear, confident spoken English that holds a US buyer past the first ten seconds.
• US hours, Monday to Friday. That is afternoon and evening in South Africa. Decide now, not in month two.
• Comfortable in diallers and CRMs. CloudTalk, Aircall, Kixie, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar. You pick up new tools fast.
• A remote setup that survives a normal week. Quiet room, reliable machine and headset, fibre with a backup line, and power that handles load shedding.
• Hunger you can evidence. Tell us the hardest thing you have ever sold and what it cost you to sell it.

What we never do

We never win on price. We never pressure a buyer into a decision they will regret. We never dress a junk meeting up as a result. If your best month came from any of those three, this is the wrong floor for you.
